Acai paraense




ingredients:

1 liter of thick acai at room temperature
sugar to taste
2 cups (tea) of tapioca flour

Method of preparation:

Place the açaí to chill for about 30 minutes before cooking. Remove from the refrigerator and, in a bowl, mix the acai berry with sugar. Stir well, add the tapioca flour and serve.
