Duck in Brazil Tucupi



Duck in tucupi is a typical Brazilian dish of Pará cuisine. It is prepared with tucupi, liquid extracted yellow of manioc root, and Jambu, typical grass of the northern region. Can be accompanied by white rice or flour moorhen cassava.

The tucupi and jambu are also present in other Amazon delicacy based shrimp called tacacá.
